		<description>The image of  a screaming, egotistical Chef is debasing to those of us who hold the profession of Chef dear.  We are not only cooks, but as Chefs, we have the opportunity and responsibility to mentor those who choose to work in our kitchens that we may foster growth in our staff, and respect for the profession. 

   It is said that one needs to leave personal lives at the door when coming to work. This goes for management as well.</description>

I agree with your comments about waitstaff, &#38; would like to add one more:  a nice, friendly personality is a must for all servers, but I don't need the server to be my source of entertainment.  That's what my companions at the table are for!!!  BTW, are you still offended if people address you as"Kitchen GUY"????  Just curious...</description>
